Systemrelay Grid provides professional research and advisory engagements focused on ESG factor comparison for listed companies. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Systemrelay Grid operating from Level 7, 34 Nimmanahaeminda Road, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.

Site content is for general information about our engagements. It is not investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or an offer to buy or sell securities. Filings examples and case notes are illustrative.
Engagements
Paid work is governed by a scope note or letter of engagement that sets deliverables, fees, timeline, and confidentiality. If a conflict arises between these Terms and a signed scope note, the scope note controls for that engagement.
Intellectual property
Website text, design, and branding belong to Systemrelay Grid or its licensors. Engagement deliverables are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use as stated in the scope note. You may not republish our memos as rating products or resell them without written consent.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape content for competing services in a way that burdens our servers, or submit false contact details intentionally.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Systemrelay Grid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from reliance on publicly described service summaries. For commissioned work, liability terms in the scope note apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Systemrelay Grid against claims arising from your misuse of the site or from your redistribution of deliverables beyond the licence granted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, subject to any dispute clause in a signed engagement letter.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
