Purpose
Before a full peer comparison, many teams need a shorter briefing on which ESG factors actually differ across listed companies in a sector — and which ones look noisy but rarely change engagement priorities. This briefing frames materiality for one industry sleeve.
Deliverable
A 8–12 page note covering typical disclosure patterns, common controversy types, governance structures seen on the exchange you care about, and a recommended factor shortlist for a later peer comparison. Includes a short reading list of recent issuer filings worth scanning.
