A focused review of board composition, related-party patterns, and controversy timelines for one or more listed companies ahead of a vote or engagement.
Purpose
Stewardship and proxy teams often need a tighter lens than a full ESG matrix: board independence, committee structure, auditor changes, related-party transactions, and a chronology of controversies that could surface in an engagement letter.
Deliverable
Company-by-company governance notes, a controversy timeline with sources, and a short list of questions we would ask management or the board secretary. Suitable for AGM preparation or pre-meeting packs.
Scope limits
We review public disclosures and reputable news archives. We do not conduct private investigations or contact company IR without your written instruction.
