ESG Peer Comparison Report

A written side-by-side comparison of ESG factors across a peer set of listed companies you nominate, ready for committee circulation.

Who this is for

Portfolio managers, equity analysts, family-office researchers, and stewardship officers who need a clear ESG factor comparison across listed issuers in the same sector or index sleeve. The report is written for people who already read annual reports and do not need another product pitch.

What you receive

  • A peer-set definition memo confirming tickers, exchange listings, and any exclusions
  • A factor matrix covering the ESG themes agreed at kickoff (for example carbon intensity proxies, water risk disclosures, board independence, auditor tenure, controversy severity)
  • Narrative pages on the largest gaps between issuers, with citations to filings and sustainability reports
  • A one-page committee brief summarising open questions and where management commentary is thin

What is not included

We do not score companies for public rankings, issue buy or sell recommendations, or certify compliance with any regulation. We do not provide legal opinions or assurance-level audits. Market data terminals and proprietary rating feeds remain your responsibility unless separately agreed.

Process

  1. Scoping call (45–60 minutes) — Confirm peer set size (typically 4–8 listed companies), factor list, language of sources, and delivery date.
  2. Source gathering — Annual reports, Form 56-1 / equivalent filings, sustainability reports, AGM notices, and publicly reported controversies for the agreed window.
  3. Comparison drafting — Factor tables and narrative prepared by the lead analyst; second reader checks consistency of definitions across the peer set.
  4. Delivery & walkthrough — PDF memo plus editable tables; optional 45-minute walkthrough for your team.

Timeline & delivery

Standard turnaround is 10–15 business days after the peer set and factor list are locked. AGM-season rushes can be discussed; compressed timelines may reduce peer-set size. Work is delivered remotely; an in-person kickoff at our Chiang Mai office is available when useful.

Preparation from your side

Share the mandate context (integration, exclusion screening, or engagement), any internal factor definitions you already use, and preferred document language. If you hold positions that create information barriers, tell us before we begin so we can stay on public sources only.

Pricing basis

Engagements start from THB 85,000 for a four-company peer set with a focused factor list. Larger peer sets, bilingual source review, or multi-year trend appendices are quoted separately. See Fees for estimate factors.

Next step

Send an inquiry with your peer set or sector. We reply within two business days with a scoped outline and fee range.
