Pricing follows peer-set size, factor depth, language of sources, and calendar pressure — not a subscription ladder.
Fees are quoted per engagement after a short scoping call. The figures below are starting points for planning; your outline may land higher or lower once the peer set and factor list are fixed.

Four listed companies, focused factor list, English-language sources, committee brief included. Additional issuers and bilingual review quoted separately.
Sector Materiality Briefing
One industry sleeve, recommended factor shortlist, reading list of recent filings. Often paired with a later peer comparison.
Governance & Controversy Review
One to three listed companies, board and controversy focus, engagement question list. AGM-season timing may affect availability.

Deposits and billing
A 40% deposit confirms the engagement once the scope note is signed. The balance is due on delivery of the final memo. We do not offer monthly software-style subscriptions; retainers are available only for teams that commission recurring peer updates under a separate letter of engagement.
