About

Systemrelay Grid prepares ESG factor comparisons for listed companies from a quiet office on Nimmanahaeminda Road in Chiang Mai.

Why we exist

Investment and stewardship teams are asked to compare listed companies on environmental, social, and governance factors that rarely line up neatly across filings. Rating summaries help for screening; they often blur the peer-level differences that matter in a committee discussion. We write those differences down.

Origin

The practice began when analysts covering Thai and regional listings found peer ESG packs either too generic or too score-obsessed. Systemrelay Grid was formed to deliver comparison memos — factor by factor, company by company — with citations a portfolio manager can check before a meeting.

How we work

We stay on public disclosures unless you instruct otherwise. Definitions are locked before drafting so “board independence” means the same thing on every row of the table. A second reader reviews consistency. Deliverables are narrative-first: tables support the story; they do not replace it.

Values in practice

  • Comparability over spectacle — We refuse factor lists that cannot be applied evenly across the peer set.
  • Cite the filing — Claims point back to a report page, exchange filing, or dated news source.
  • Fit the mandate — Integration, engagement, or exclusion screening change which gaps we emphasise.

Chiang Mai base

Clients meet us remotely across Thailand and neighbouring markets. When a kickoff benefits from being in the same room, we host at Level 7, 34 Nimmanahaeminda Road, Chiang Mai 50200.
